Open House Day 2024 at HP Velotechnik
We cordially invite you to our Open House Day again this year.
All interested recumbent friends and those who want to become such can look forward to extensive test rides on two- or three-wheelers and informative tours through our recumbent manufactory on Saturday, Sep 7, 2024. In addition, there will be an entertaining program (tba) with variety also for our young visitors. Of course there are as always culinaric treats for the physical well-being as well as free non-alcoholic beverages.
The event will start at 10:00 am until 4:00 pm on the premises of the recumbent manufacturer HP Velotechnik at Kapellenstraße 49 in 65830 Kriftel. In order to be able to plan the day with respect to your personal preferences, a noncommittal registration in advance is highly appreciated. Please use the contact form further down on this page.

Important Notes
Please observe the following notes in order to take full advantage of our offer on the Open House Day:
- To enjoy the test rides on our vehicles, please be sure to wear clothing for your legs that is suitable for the seating position and pedaling motion on a recumbent.
- As in previous years, we will be happy to refresh you with non-alcoholic beverages. We would like to ask you to bring your own cup or similar to avoid unnecessary waste.
- Are you interested in a test ride with our Scorpion fs 26 S-Pedelec or Speedmachine S-Pedelec? Then please remember to bring your bicycle helmet, your driver’s license (at least European class AM) and identity card. Since helmet and driver’s license are mandatory for the use of the S-Pedelec, we are otherwise not allowed to let you use the vehicles for a test ride.
- At our special offer booth in the workshop area, we provide a selection of discontinued items and B-goods from our parts stock at attractive discount prices and for immediate takeaway.
Note on photo and video recordings: In the context of the Open House Day, photographs and/or video recordings may be made for publications. By entering the premises on September 7th, 2024, you consent to the taking of photographs and publication. We will provide you with our data protection information in the privacy policy declaration on our website or in paper form at the reception.
Important safety note: We kindly ask you not to leave the “blue” marked paths within the factory premises and to follow the instructions of the staff necessarily – thank you very much!
And one final note: We will be happy to advise and inform you intensively about our products on that day. However, there will be no sale of complete bikes or trikes. For this purpose, our specialized dealers will be at your disposal at any time.
