Novelties and Changes for the 2024/2025 Season at a Glance
The Delta tx electric chopper, which was launched for the current season, boasts a whole range of new features and updates. In addition, the Hands-On-Cycle manual drive will also be available for the extra-high Scorpion plus models in future. With adjustments in the rear derailleur area, we are providing more ground clearance for our 20″ models and offering more choice for retrofit kits.
Delta tx: A Whole Range of Innovations and Updates
The Delta tx, newly introduced for the current season, was almost obviously at the forefront of the latest development work. Hence, the innovations for the 2024/25 season of the comfortable electric chopper are accordingly diverse. First and foremost are the new Vertical parking stand, which allows the bike to be parked upright to save space, and the optional GlideFlex folding stem, which makes getting on and off the bike much easier and also allows the stem/handlebar position to be adjusted at an angle.
In addition, an adapted stem design with three different stem lengths further accommodates your individual needs. After intensive research and testing, we were able to adjust the size range covered by the Delta tx hereby to a minimum of 1,50 m (4′11″). There are also a number of changes on the drivetrain side, from the “thumb throttle” for the push assist on the Bafang motor system to a larger display on the Shimano STEPS E5000 and E6100 shifting options and the now available One-hand operation for brakes and shifting or Short cranks. NEU: Scorpion plus 20 and Scorpion plus 26 With Hands-On-Cycle Drive
We are expanding our range of models with our innovative, fully encapsulated Hands-On-Cycle (HOC) hand drive with both of our high-end comfort trikes Scorpion plus 20 and Scorpion plus 26. Both models stand out for their easy get-in / get-out – the wider room of the front section of the frame combined with the significantly higher seating position compared to the current HOC models Scorpion fs 20 and Gekko fx 26 make it easier to transfer from the wheelchair to the bike and back. Of course, the Scorpion plus models with hand drive also shine with an extraordinary riding stability, powerful full suspension, a perfect overview in everyday life and the customization options of the HP Velotechnik custom-build program.
The Scorpion plus 20 HOC and Scorpion plus 20 HOC models are now available to order and will be delivered from October 2024.
NEW: Gekko 26 With Additional 1×12-Spec and Attractive Price
The new model year offers two good news for our Gekko 26 distributed in the EU and countries abroad excl. USA – an additional equipment package and a reduced recommended retail price! Customers in the United States also profit from attractive price updates for our Gekko US family and on top from the first availability of the exclusive Hands-On-Cycle (HOC) hand drive.

NEW: New, Shorter Rear Derailleur With Various Shifting Options
The popular Tripleshift 30 drivetrain option (3-speed hub gears with 10-speed derailleur) with thumb shifters is getting a new rear derailleur for the model year change. Other shifting options also benefit from its advantages.
The Microshift XLE rear derailleur, which has impressed us not only with its precise shifting function but also with its shorter cage, joins Microshift’s thumb shifters, which have been tried and tested for years. This has a positive side effect, especially for our two-wheel and three-wheel models with a 20″ rear wheel: your customers benefit from increased ground clearance thanks to the shorter cage of the new derailleur. UPDATE: Shimano STEPS E5000 – The Affordable Entry Into the STEPS Pedelec World
It is now even easier to enter the world of three-wheeled pedelecs. We have been able to significantly reduce the surcharges for all Shimano STEPS E5000 drivetrain options. The E5000 sets the bar higher than the rest on its category with its harmonious power output and extremely low noise levels. With its torque of 40 Nm, the system always scores high points when unobtrusive support is required. NEW: Shimano STEPS EP801 Cargo With Rohloff Speedhub 14-Speed Retrofit Kit
From Aug 1st, 2024, we will be offering an additional retrofit kit based on the powerful Shimano STEPS EP801 Cargo and the reliable Rohloff Speedhub 14-speed hub gear for all our tricycle models (without Delta tx). As with the previous Shimano STEPS retrofit kits, retrofitting is carried out exclusively in our recumbent manufactory in Kriftel – CE conformity included.

Price List Change Aug 1st, 2024 – The Prices of the Basic Models Remain Stable With One Exception
The prices of our basic models will remain stable for the 2024/25 model year. This applies to the individual models as well as the Special Edition variants.
Only the Delta tx as a freely configurable model and the Delta tx Special Edition model will see a moderate price adjustment for new orders from Aug 1st, 2024:

The options for our models and individual items are subject to individual price adjustments, both upwards and downwards. Items for which the price has changed compared to the 2023/24 price list are marked with a “€” resp. “$” symbol in the new price list as usual.
